Résumé	Trois quêtes pendant trois périodes différentes à la recherche de Giora. La première, entre 1973 et 1975, commence avec la disparition mystérieuse de Giora Meisler. La seconde, entre 1984 et 1985, a lieu lorsque Gili entreprend son premier voyage en Extrême-Orient. La troisième période commence en 2005 et se poursuit dans le présent. Gili, le seul survivant de sa famille, entreprend un voyage au cours duquel il complète les deux autres histoires Avec cette fois ci une caméra, il tente de comprendre ce qui lui est réellement arrivé vingt ans plus tôt. Gili Meisler has searched twice for his brother Giora, a Yom Kippur War MIA. First with his family, during the War, and ten years later, in the Far East, on a personal inner journey. Now, Gili departs on a third journey to heal from his past traumatic quests. Fireflies is a story that has waited over twenty years to be told. The movie is comprised of three quests during three different time periods. The first, between 1973 and 1975, begins with the mysterious disappearance of Giora Meisler. The second, between 1984 and 1985, takes place when Gili embarks on his first journey to the Far East and finds himself searching for Giora. This is a deceptive journey into Gili’s consciousness, which he feels compelled to take in the hopes or retrieving Giora. The third time period begins in 2005 and continues into the present. Gili, the sole survivor of his family, embarks on a journey during which he completes the two other stories and finds that their endings are missing. Gili reenacts his first quest with a camera and attempts to understand what really happened to him twenty years earlier.
