| Résumé | Fan de la légende israélienne de la pop israélienne Zvika Pick, Miriam rêve de devenir une chanteuse célèbre, la conduisant à abandonner son fils Meir à l'âge de dix ans pour faire carrière. Meir en cherchant continuellement sa mère, finit par s'installer à Tel Aviv et devient célèbre en tant que drag queen nommée Mary Lou. An adoring fan of Israeli pop legend Zvika Pick (who appears as himself), Miriam (Maya Dagan) dreams of being a famous singer, leading her to mysteriously abandon her son Meir (Ido Rosenberg) on his tenth birthday. Both he and his best friend in high school, who happens to be a beautiful girl, have their eye on the same gorgeous guy. But Meir never stops searching for his mother, eventually moving to Tel Aviv and becoming famous as a drag queen named Mary Lou. The songs never stop coming as Meir/Mary Lou discovers he needs to find himself even more than his mother. |
