Résumé	Forerunners est l'histoire de trois Israéliennes qui partagent le rêve de former une équipe de football professionnelle. Salwa Amsis, 21 ans, une Arabe chrétienne de Ramleh, vit le rêve de son père en devenant footballeuse, mais en paie un lourd tribut social. Sylvie Jean, 28 ans, a joué dans une équipe norvégienne et a été considérée comme la meilleure au monde avant de retourner en Israël quatre ans plus tard suite à une tragédie familiale. Inna Diditch, 26 ans, originaire d'Ukraine, a du mal à s'intégrer dans la société israélienne et est obligée de subvenir à ses besoins grâce à des emplois temporaires. What does it take for Israelis to Bend it Like Beckham? Forerunners is the story of three Israeli women who share a dream to form a team to get public recognition and play professional football. Salwa Amsis, 21, a Christian Arab from Ramleh is living her father's dream by becoming a soccer player, but pays a heavy social price for it. Sylvie Jean, 28, starred in a Norwegian team and was considered to be the best in the world only to return to Israel four years later to a family tragedy. Inna Diditch, 26 from the Ukraine finds it difficult to fit into Israeli society and is forced to support herself with temporary jobs in order to continue playing soccer
