| Résumé | Ben Shani est arrivé avec son appareil photo au lycée Branko Weiss High School, situé dans un quartier défavorisé de la ville de Ramla, pour enregistrer ce qui devait être un court documentaire télévisé d'actualité....mais qui s'est terminé par une année de documentation sur ce lieu très spécial. Last Chance High est un document inspirant, un voyage authentique d'une équipe d'enseignants qui n'abandonnent pas leurs élèves, même si les élèves ont déjà abandonné eux-mêmes, un film qui réfléchit sur le mot Education de la manière la plus pure. Ben Shani arrived with his camera to Branko Weiss High School, located in a disadvantaged neighborhood in the city of Ramla, to record what was planned to be a short television documentary news item....but ended in a one year documentation of this very special place. Last Chance High is an inspirational document, an authentic journey of a team of teachers that do not give up on their students, even though the students have already given up on themselves, a film that reflects on the word Education in the most pure way. |
