| Résumé | Tamar Ariel a grandi dans une maison religieuse dans un moshav du sud d'Israël. Encouragée à réaliser ses rêves, elle a fait un service militaire volontaire de deux ans, puis s'est enrôlée dans l'armée de l'air des FDI, où elle a été la toute première juive orthodoxe à être navigatrice de combat. En 2014, souhaitant de nouvelles expériences, elle s'est rendue au Népal. Elle a atteint le sommet de l'Annapurna avec un groupe de randonneurs. Tamar et ses compagnons se sont retrouvés à lutter contre une tempête de neige. Tamar Ariel grew up in a religious home in a moshav in southern Israel. Encouraged to follow her dreams, she did a two years voluntary National Service and then joined the IDF air force, where she served as the first-ever Jewish Orthodox combat navigator. In 2014, wishing for new experiences after her military service, she traveled to Nepal. She reached the peak of the Annapurna mountain range with a group of Israeli and international hikers, only to encounter an unexpected snow storm. Tamar and her companions found themselves in a life and death struggle against the elements. |
