Résumé	Il faut beaucoup de courage pour se tenir devant la caméra, déclarer au monde et analyser en profondeur ce que signifie être la fille de parents et de grands-parents qui étaient nazis - aimer sa grand-mère, aimer son père et entendre comment sa mère adorée torturait les femmes dans les camps de concentration. Les deux metteurs en scène marquent des moments clés de l'histoire autrichienne et de ses relations avec le nazisme. En tant que féministes, elles examinent comment les femmes ont agi pendant et après la guerre. Ils apportent les témoignages de filles et de petites-filles qui décrivent, franchement et douloureusement, comment elles en sont venues à comprendre leur appartenance génétique et spirituelle. Comment gèrent-ils le fardeau qui pèse sur leurs épaules (en tant que mères, par exemple) et comment l'ambivalence est-elle supportée par leur esprit ? Les témoignages sont accompagnés de longs silences intentionnels et illustrés par des photographies de bâtiments de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur qui montrent une Vienne symétrique, propre, froide et conçue après la guerre. A good amount of courage is needed to stand in front of the camera, declare to the world and analyze in depth what it means to be the daughter of parents and grandparents who were Nazis - to love your grandmother, to love your father, and to hear about how your beloved mother tortured women in concentration camps. The two directors mark key points in Austrian history and its relationship with Nazism. As feminists, they examine how women acted during and after the war. They bring the testimonies of daughters and granddaughters who describe, frankly and painfully, how they came to understand their genetic and spiritual belonging. How do they deal with the burden on their shoulders (as mothers, for example) and how does ambivalence trouble supported by their minds. The testimonies are accompanied by long, intentional silences and illustrated by photographs of buildings from the inside and out which show symmetrical, clean, cold and designed post-war Vienna.
