| Résumé | Dr Yoel Pomerantz, 64 ans, est un psychologue clinicien au chômage qui vit dans la pauvreté avec son fils de 30 ans Yoav dans un appartement au 12ème étage. Pomerantz bénévole à ANA, la hotline de la psychologie et est un expert avec les appelants de suicide potentiels. Parfois, il suggère qu'ils viennent à sa clinique pour des séances de thérapie privéEs. Un patient de longue date, M. Schtark est offensé lorsque le Dr Pomerantz est en retard pour leur rendez-vous. En conséquence Shtark saute depuis le balcon au 12ème étage. Le suicide de Shtark change complètement la vie de Pomerantz. Il décide de louer son appartement à des locataires potentiellement suicidaires pour d'énormes sommes d'argent. Best Script Award, Haifa International Film Festival 2011. Dr. Yoel Pomerantz, 64, is an unemployed clinical psychologist who lives in poverty with his 30 year old son Yoav in a 12th floor apartment. Pomerantz volunteers at ANA, the psychology hotline and is an expert at dialoguing with potential suicide callers. Occasionally he suggests that they come to his clinic for private therapy sessions. A long standing patient, Mr. Schtark is offended when Dr. Pomerantz is late for their scheduled appointment. As a result Shtark jumps to his death from the 12th floor balcony. Shtark's suicide completely changes Pomerantz's life. He decides to rent out his apartment to potentially suicidal tenants for enormous sums of money. |
