| Résumé | Un film qui explore l’identité juive allemande. Il se passe à Munich en 1968. Les funérailles du père rapproche Laura 20 ans et sa mère. La jeune fille s’interroge sur ce qui a pu pousser ses parents à continuer de vivre en Allemagne après la guerre. D’après le roman autobiographique de Laura Waco. In 1968, 20-year-old Laura returns to Munich to attend her father's funeral. Overcome with grief, Laura and her mother must face the family's traumatic history: Having survived the Holocaust, Laura's parents stayed in post-War Germany to start a new life. However, their horrific experiences of genocide and concentration camps loomed over their daily lives. Now, in the face of another tragedy, will Laura come to understand her parent's traumatic past? |
