| Résumé | Un jeune couple arabe vivant aux abords de Jérusalem avec leurs deux enfants. Amjad est un journaliste qui travaille pour un journal hébreu et cherche désespérément à s'intégrer à la culture juive israélienne. Les travaillistes arabes reflètent le racisme et l'ignorance qui règnent de part et d'autre, mais d'une manière humoristique. A phenomenal hit in Israel and at last year’s Toronto Jewish Film Festival. Written by Sayed Kashua, an Arab-Israeli known for his satiric columns in Ha’artez, the series centres on a young Arab couple living on the outskirts of Jerusalem with their two children. Amjad (like Kashua himself) is a journalist who works for a Hebrew newspaper and desperately seeks to assimilate into the Jewish Israeli culture. Arab Labor mirrors the racism and ignorance that exists on both sides, but in a way that keeps viewers laughing from beginning to end.
